  2.    12.1 OPEN JOURNAL

  5. The OPEN JOURNAL command is used to open a journal file. A journal file
  6. will record everthing that is displayed in the X-CAD console window as a
  7. standard text file which may be edited or printed afterwards. If a journal
  8. file is currently open, the OPEN JOURNAL command will close the current
  9. journal file before opening a new journal file.

  11. A journal file can be closed by using the CLOSE JOURNAL command, or will
  12. be closed automatically if the EXIT X-CAD command is used.

  15.    MODIFIERS

  17. NAME        The name of the journal file. Note, if this file already exists,
  18.             a requester will appear for confirmation to overwrite the
  19.             existing file.
